Meet The Team
Meet Ashley
Our Store Manager!
Ashley has lived in almost every province in Canada! She is passionate about racing (Drifting Events) and a Cannabis connoisseur! She loves working at Copper Island Cannabis as she can connect with the beautiful people of our community and educate them about cannabis. She prides herself in researching specific products customers are looking for, creating strong relationships with them and remembering what their favourites are.
A unique product she wants you to know about are our bath bombs! They are so relaxing for this time of year, especially paired with our CBD teas!
Her staff flower picks would be Sage & Sour and Orange Tingz.
In her spare time, she loves exploring the wilderness with her husband and dog Georgia, as well as feeding and entertaining friends and family at her house by the lake.
Be sure to stop in and introduce yourself to Ashley. You will be amazed at the level of her cannabis knowledge!
Meet Sonia
Our Assistant Store Manager!
Sonia is from Edmonton and moved to Blind Bay four years ago with her husband and five children. Sonia loves to hike, kayak, go to the beach and garden.
At Copper Island Cannabis she wants customers to know that there are so many options for CBD and THC that do not need to be smoked.
One of her staff picks would be Romulan which is an indica marijuana strain made by crossing North American Indica with White Rhino. Named after the alien Star Trek race, this pine-scented strain is revered for its potent and therapeutic qualities. You can expect Romulan to deliver intense, cerebral effects that eventually give way to sedation and relaxation.
Sonia looks forward to meeting and helping you the next time you are in the store!
